Testing services · GTT approved

Tested. Proven. Ready to load.

Global Test, SBTT, helium leak and vacuum box testing for LNG carriers, carried out to the requirements of ABS, Lloyd’s Register, Bureau Veritas and DNV.

Tests we run

Three tests. One certified team.

See how each test works, or ask for one quote that covers them all.

Barrier integrity

Global Test / SBTT

Non-destructive testing of the primary and secondary barriers in membrane containment systems.

Leak detection

Helium Leak Test

Traces leaks with helium so they can be pinpointed and repaired before the tank goes into service.

Weld checks

Vacuum Box Testing

Checks welds for leaks by holding a vacuum over each seam.
